Dear Editor,

My sister Joan passed away June 16 in Black Mountain, North Carolina. She lived a long time in Oakdale, on Stearns Road 1969.

Joan Himmelrich painted about four murals at some businesses in Oakdale, at where I don’t recall.

Anyone with information please let me know.

Joan was the best sister a person ever had, I miss her so much.
