Virgil Edward Anglin, 84, died Monday, March 18.
He was one of six sons born to Arthur and Alice Anglin in Wellington, Texas.
He was a resident of Regency of Puyallup Care Facility in Washington prior to his passing.
Mr. Anglin and his family were longtime residents of the Oakdale/Riverbank area before moving to Washington in 1978.
He will be truly missed by his family and all who knew him. The family appreciates those at the care facility for their loving care and friendship.
He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl (Al) Prante; brother, Arthur F. (Gladys) Anglin; brothers-in-law, Bruce Norton and Dan Johnson; sister-in-law, Betty Norton; three grandchildren; granddaughter-in-law, Susan Taylor; three great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Jeffrey L. Anglin, Paul T. Anglin; and grandson, Nicolas E. Taylor.
A celebration of life was held April 6 at Powers Funeral Home, Sumner, Wash.
