Raul Arellano, Jr., 12, died Thursday, Aug. 6 at Oak Valley Hospital.
He was born in Oakdale and lived in Oakdale all his life. He was going to be an eighth grade student at Oakdale Junior High School.
He is survived by his parents, Raul Arellano, Sr. and Mireya Villegas, both of Oakdale; brothers, Iziah Arellano, Adam Villegas, Lazzaro Arellano, all of Oakdale; grandparents, Ireneo and Micaela Arellano of Oakdale, Maria Rojero of Oakdale, and Manuel Villegas of San Jose.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 12, with a rosary at 6 p.m. Mass will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 13 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with burial to follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park.
