Judy Ann Padgett Blount, 63, died Thursday, March 20.

She spent more than 40 years as a successful hairstylist in Fresno.

A loving daughter, she later moved to Oakdale to be close to her father and brothers. She was a devout Mormon and loved her church.

She is survived by her brothers, Jim Padgett, Floyd Padgett; and nieces and nephews.

Services were Friday, March 28 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1111 East A St., Oakdale.
