David Barnes, 63, of Modesto died Wednesday December 30, 2020 after a lengthy illness. He graduated from Oakdale HS and retired from Livermore Lawrence Lab in 2018.
Survivors include his children, Stephanie of Modesto and David, Jr. of Indiana; sisters Mary Howell of Oakdale and Linda Barnes of Modesto; brother Steven Barnes of Valley Springs. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and three brothers.
No services will be held at this time.
