Barbara Jean Payne, passed away April 3, 2023 at the age of 88. She is survived by Mary Edwards, Bonnie McDaniel (Ted), Brady Young (Renee), Scotty Payne (Shawnessy), Leslie Payne (Tracy). She had 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. Services were held on April 13 at 10 am at Oaklawn Cemetery, Oakdale, CA.
