This week we are very excited to share more on that beautiful bright yellow Peterbilt truck you all see in Valley Home. The man you will always see behind the wheel of this magnificent machine is owner Chris Rocha. Here are a few exciting facts about Chris and his beautiful rig. This amazing 2023 567 Peterbilt has a 565 Cummins motor, 20/50 Torq with a 250 Wheel Base. He pulls a 2022 Smooth Side Western Trailer Walking Floor.

Chris, like most ‘Show Truck’ owners, takes immaculate care of his beautiful yellow Peterbilt!

Although this eye-catching Peterbilt travels many, many miles; it is always a great feeling when making the trip back to Valley Home. Chris and his gorgeous Peterbilt are a hard working team, hauling payload after payload, day after day … this amazing rig is not only a beautiful show truck, it is an amazing hard working truck. Chris took his beautiful Peterbilt to the Fresno Truck Show a few weeks ago and most recently he took this show stopping beauty to the American Truck Historical Society 2023 National Convention and Truck Show in Reno, Nevada.

The show was from June 8 through June 10 at the Grand Sierra Resort. There were over 800 trucks this year. It was an amazing sight; so many beautiful rigs all together in one place. Folks came from all over the country to be a part of this very special show. We are so proud to have Chris and his beautiful wife Melonie as part of our Valley Home community! We are very excited and so much looking forward to hopefully seeing Chris, Melonie and this beautiful, bright yellow show-stopping Peterbilt at our Valley Home Fall Harvest Festival this coming October.

This week we celebrate the birthdays of two beautiful Valley Home girls! Valley Home School’s ‘Principal for the Day’ Brylee Martin is celebrating her ninth birthday this coming week. This past school year Brylee was named ‘Principal’ and spent the entire school day as Principal of Valley Home School. She paid invoices, had to discipline some students; she did an amazing job as principal. Brylee started her birthday celebration week with a fun filled ‘Paint and Sip’ at the family ranch and even mom Kimber got in on the action. Brylee followed that with an amazing trip to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Family and friends joined her for a tremendous birthday celebration at the Boardwalk! Wild rides, tasty food, (food that only Santa Cruz can provide) … great fun was in store for all. It is a very Happy Birthday Week for our fun loving Valley Home girl. Happy Birthday Brylee … enjoy your special day!

Also celebrating her 12th birthday this past Saturday was Valley Home School seventh grader Millie Cox. Millie’s birthday week started off with her receiving her favorite white coconut cake, a wonderful surprise from her Uncle Dave in Idaho. On her birthday, Millie had a blast with her friends and family with a pool party. Brightly colored beach balls, water balloons, and of course a crazy fun filled water balloon fight, made her special day so much fun! Millie’s day was made even more special later that evening with a trip to the annual Truck Tractor Pull, ‘Pullin’ For A Cause’ for Valley Children’s Hospital. Millie was surprised and very honored to be given the First Place trophy her good friend Gianni Queirolo had just won moments before. Gianni, thank you for making Millie’s birthday so special!
