Hello everyone. Again, I am hoping each one of you are enjoying these beautiful days. I know we need the rain, but these spring-like days are really very nice.

This week I would like to share the excitement of a very special young lady turning three years old. Our Editor, Marg Jackson, is blessed to have the most amazing little granddaughter.

Beautiful Lorelei, is growing up so quickly. Many of us have experienced our grandchildren growing up … it seems like yesterday they were just babies; time sure doesn’t slow down.

Lorelei, who recently turned three, loves being with her Mommy and Daddy, but also loves to spend time with her Mimi (Marg). At the young age of three she will spend hours working on cars with her daddy. Lorelei and her mommy many times make favorite foods together … she also loves to help in the kitchen with both her mommy and her daddy. They often let her measure and stir when they bake or cook together.

Though Lorelei is very sweet, she is also a very energetic and often mischievous three-year-old. She does not slow down and is always on the go. She loves Sesame Street, and knows almost all the words to the songs in Moana.

She loves to go to preschool and is always happy to spell out her whole first name for you. She also looks forward to her weekly dance classes and frequent trips to the library, and likes to play in the snow and go for hikes with mommy and daddy. Another one of her favorite places to visit is the zoo, she is always excited to see the animals.

One of her very favorite things to do is to play the “I Spy With My Little Eye” game. She and her Mimi have a very special bond. Lorelei especially likes to hear the stories her Mimi tells her before nap time.

Lorelei is a very active three-year-old, happy and full of fun.
