Stan State Appoints Gemperle Fellow

Associate Professor Yili Lian has been selected as the University’s inaugural Ernie T. Gemperle endowed chair in finance fellow. A member of the Department of Accounting and Finance in the College of Business Administration since 2019, Lian’s three-year appointment continues through 2024.

University Joins COVID-19 Challenge

Stan State joins colleges across the country in answering the White House’s COVID-19 College Vaccine Challenge to encourage the entire Warrior community to get vaccinated as we prepare for a safe return to campus in August. Vaccines are our best chance to get back to all of the engaging, hands-on, in-person activities that distinguish education at Stan State. By signing the White House pledge, Stan State commits to supporting access to vaccinations and sharing information on when, how and where the campus community can get vaccinated.

Stanislaus County’s COVID-19 vaccine schedule at Stanislaus State Fitzpatrick Arena is as follows: Friday, June 25, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Pfizer 12+, Moderna 18+, Johnson & Johnson 18+); Saturday, June 26, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Pfizer 12+, Moderna 18+, Johnson & Johnson 18+).
