It was once again a capacity crowd as the Oakdale Rotary Club put on its famous ‘Testicle Festival’ on Monday, March 31. This annual event draws attendees from near and far, filling the FES Hall in Oakdale to dine on the bull testicles, also known as Rocky Mountain Oysters or Cowboy Caviar. Pork tenderloin was also on the menu for those not quite brave enough to try the main dish. A live auction was part of the evening’s fun as well. Proceeds from the event benefit a variety of Rotary Club projects and outreach efforts.
