The Housing Authority of the County of Stanislaus (HACS) DBA the Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority announced the opening of the waiting list for Oakleaf Meadows, a 56-unit Housing Choice Voucher Project-Based Property located in Oakdale.

The property consists of two and three bedroom apartments along with a Community Center and onsite supportive services for residents. The wait list will remain open until further notice.

Offer of an available unit will be determined based on the applicant meeting the current HUD published income limits requirements and applicants who meet the minimum occupancy standards for a two or three bedroom unit. In addition, applicants will be screened for past tenancy and criminal history and must pass the background and credit review in order to be considered for a rental unit at Oakleaf Meadows. A Local Preference will be provided to households who are either currently residing or employed within the City of Oakdale and those applicants who are U.S. Veteran households.
