No time listed – Police arrested Michael Mendonza, 34, of San Francisco on multiple felony and drug charges following a traffic stop Friday morning, June 11. Oakdale Police officers were in the 1300 block of South Yosemite Avenue when they spotted a vehicle that was identified as stolen out of Sacramento. The vehicle was also linked to a burglary in Ceres. The officers conducted a high-risk stop because of the nature of the crimes associated with the car. Mendoza was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
