Clean Energy and Energy Efficiency was the name of the game Monday night as Oakdale Joint Unified School District moved forward in taking advantage of funding by way of Proposition 39. The district has partnered with Noresco, LLC in an Energy Services Agreement, which will aid with improvement of lighting fixtures and efficiency throughout the district. Rob Reading of Noresco addressed the board, noting the company’s impressive résumé with other districts throughout the state, including neighboring Waterford.
