The Oakdale High School Cheer program converged on Applebee’s in Riverbank for their annual pancake breakfast fundraiser on Saturday, July 20 with all three squads putting on their best smiling faces to serve up a delicious, hearty breakfast. The squads were broken down into two shifts, and all were on hand to help out by delivering the breakfast special of pancakes, eggs, potatoes, bacon and beverages as well as bussing tables. The annual fundraiser, coordinated by the Oakdale Cheer Boosters, helps fund the girls’ hair bows, T-shirts, award dinners and other assorted events and needs throughout the year.
