Oakdale varsity Mustangs Tyler Stroup and Matthew Cooley combine to make the tackle in Friday night action on the road, facing off with Manteca. The host Buffaloes defeated Oakdale and, in doing so, clinched the Valley Oak League title. Oakdale, however, gets a bye this week as the top seed in the Sac-Joaquin Section Division 3 playoffs and will be back on the playing field at home Friday, Nov. 15.
