The 2023-2024 Odd Fellows Grand Master of California, Fred Dolling and Grand Marshal representing the Military branch of the Odd Fellows Patriarchs Militant, Ernie Albice traveled to Arlington, Virginia to place a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. They were both honored to be a part of such a sacred tradition.

The Knights Ferry School students gave their all at the 2024 Talent Show on the hillside stage overlooking the town last Friday evening! Kindergartener, Cameron Murdoch captured the crowd as he sang “Anyone” by Justin Bieber and fourth grader, Gavin Harris was the master DJ and showed his talent with the help of electronic music producer and DJ, Marshmello. Knights Ferry School is full of talented and brave students!

The 50s Roadhouse is gearing up for the 50s Fest featuring a car show, a pin-up contest, and live music! The 50s Fest is Saturday, May 11th from 9am-2:30pm and the pin-up contest will be at 11:30am. This is a fundraiser that will benefit a local veterans’ support organization, Pacific Project Heroes.

The Knights Ferry Music Festival is June 7th from 5pm-11pm and June 8th from 2pm-11pm with two-day camping available. The festival will be at 18341 Kennedy Road in Knights Ferry and will include locally curated music, art, and vendors. Tickets are $70 for the two days and are available on Eventbrite. Musicians performing include the Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit, Alex Lucero Band, Mike Clark & the Sugar Sounds, Willy Tea Taylor & the Fellership, Evan Lanum & the Live Oaks, Soda Gardocki, Tommy V & the T-hawks, Nathan Ignacio, High Country Chimes, and Rita Taylor.
