The Knights Ferry Art Studio is hosting Clay Club on March 12th and 13th! It’s just $10/lb. of clay and $15 per session. The studio provides open studio time to use their equipment, tools, and kiln on handmade locally sourced clay. Stop by the Youth Art Show on March 14th from 4pm-7pm for a free clay experience. If you want join in the St. Patrick’s Day festivities and enjoy corned beef and cabbage without all the muss and fuss of cooking at home, go to the Odd Fellows building in Knights Ferry on Sunday, March 16th at 1pm. The Rebekahs are serving corned beef, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, coleslaw, and a variety of desserts! They always do a cute job with games, decorations, raffle prizes, and delicious food. There will be a Knights Ferry Seed Exchange on April 13th from 10am-3pm on Main Street. The seed exchange is a free community event. They invite people to bring whatever seeds they have to offer whether it is seeds collected straight from the garden or seeds purchased last year. The same goes for plants! They also invite people to bring their unwanted tools or other gardening items to donate to the community. The exchange is free and open for people to gather and share with one another. It is a great way to grow something new in your garden!
