I was sad to learn of Brendt Noon Sr.’s passing last week. Brendt passed on February 12th just a few days shy of his 74th birthday on February 18th. I often used to see Brendt doing something active such as riding his bike or walking his dogs around town. Sending lots of hugs to the entire Noon family.

The Knights Ferry Art Studio Young Artist Showcase submission deadline is fast approaching! Submissions must be submitted by February 28th. The Youth Art Exhibition will be on March 14th from 4pm-7pm at our local art studio! Feel free to share this with any young artists looking to share their art pieces. The spring is such an exciting time for Knights Ferry! We have so many great events to support and attend. In March alone we have the Youth Art Exhibition, Knights Ferry School Dinner and Auction Fundraiser, Civil War Reenactments, and Community Club Spaghetti Fundraiser. That doesn’t count the monthly activities including the Odd Fellows Social potluck on the fourth Thursday of the month, Taco Tuesdays at the General Store, and St. Patrick’s Day!
