The Garden Club announced they will not be making their famous pumpkin rolls for the Pumpkin Roll this year.

Carol Davis’s 90th birthday party was held over the weekend! It was a picture-perfect day to celebrate one of Knights Ferry’s most important people. Carol’s party was held at the Community Club and much of the community gathered to celebrate Carol and admire her photo albums of her wonderful life, most of which was in Knights Ferry. They served a delicious catered tri-tip and chicken meal, chocolate and vanilla cake, and all in attendance sang “Happy Birthday” to Carol as she stood on the small stage with Pastor Henry. Carol is the embodiment of a true Knights Ferry community member and her dedication to both the preservation of the history of Knights Ferry and the preservation of the future of Knights Ferry is unmatched. Happy birthday, Carol!
