The City of Oakdale, in cooperation with the Oakdale Kiwanis Club and several other community service groups, put on the annual Halloween Parade and festivities Thursday night, Oct. 31. The costume parade made its way along G Street from Gilbert and to the Community Center plaza, where a hot dog dinner was served by the Kiwanis. Then, attendees could go inside the Community Center for games, giveaways, candy, popcorn, face painting and more. Look for additional photos in the Nov. 6 issue of The Leader.
