In honor of National Volunteer Week, Oakdale Police Department recognized the hard-working volunteers serving in many capacities throughout the city. Pictured, the Oakdale Police Department’s Community Auxiliary Police Service program, (CAPS) currently has 11 citizen volunteers and is led by a member of the Oakdale Police Department.
