Jessica Abruzzini of Oakdale and Kyle Thomas Scott of Keizer, Oregon exchanged wedding vows on May 26, 2012 in an afternoon ceremony at the Ohe family ranch in Oakdale.
Presiding over the double ring ceremony was Ken Hummel of Ripon.
The bride is the daughter of Patrick and Shelley Abruzzini of Oakdale.
Her gown was an ivory silk charmeuse sheath with beaded applique lace overlay. She carried an ivory and green old fashioned waterfall bouquet, a double bouquet handed to both maids of honor.
The maids of honor were Jayne Vermeulen and Kara Price, both of Oakdale. Bridesmaids were Hannah Wendel of Arizona, Elan Ebeling of Washington, Katelyn Scott of Oregon, and Michelle McPherson of Oregon. Flower girl was Charlie King of Grass Valley, cousin of the bride.
The groom is the son of Vicki Scott and the late Thomas Scott of Keizer, Oregon. Serving as best man was Mathew Buckle of Portland, Oregon. Groomsmen were Nick Abruzzini, brother of the bride, of California, the groom’s cousins Corey Donohue and Mathew Donohue of Oregon, Austin Rogerson of Idaho, Thomas Belleque of Alaska. Serving as sign heralds were the groom’s cousins, Brody and Briar Morgan of Portland, Oregon.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Patrick Abruzzini. The ceremony was attended by 220 people.
The bride attended Oakdale High School. Both the bride and groom attended the University of Oregon and each is an architectural designer for Corbin Engineering.
Following a honeymoon in Maui, they plan to settle in Hillsboro, Oregon.
