Frederick William Sturke and Susan Elizabeth Boles were engaged to be married on Susan’s birthday, Dec. 7, 2013 by having the barbershop chorus Frederick sings with sing “You’ll Never Walk Alone” before their Christmas show.

The bride-to-be attended Chabot College in Hayward with an accounting major and currently works for Will’s Fresh Foods in San Leandro. Her parents are Joe and Mary Harmeyer and she has three siblings, Bob, Jerry and Maryellen.

The future groom graduated from San Diego State and owns You Can See Clearly Now window washing business in Oakdale. His mother is Norma Sturke and he has a brother, Donald.

The wedding is set for Nov. 22, 2014 in Knights Ferry.
