A May wedding is planned for Kelsey Mummert and Logan Larrabee, who became engaged on Feb. 16, 2013 during a sunset hike in Knights Ferry and made the announcement to friends and family that evening.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Richard and Shari Mummert. She attended CSU Stanislaus and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies in 2012 and received her teaching credential in December, 2013. She is currently employed as a substitute teacher for Oakdale Joint Unified School District. Her sister is Courtney Mummert.

The prospective groom is the son of Clifford and Betty Larrabee. He attended Columbia College and received his AS Degree in Fire Science in 2012. He is currently employed as an EMT for American Medical Response and is a reserve firefighter with the Oakdale Fire Department. His siblings are Nathan Larrabee, Kevin Larrabee and Lisa Dickerson.

The couple will marry May 31, 2014 at Robinson Family Ranch in Oakdale.
