Donald Henry Kendrick and Jane Elisabeth Sack were engaged to be married on Dec. 23, 2013.

The prospective groom got down on bended knee to ask his bride-to-be to marry him.

Both Donald and Jane attended Oakdale High School.

Jane is the daughter of Monika Sweet and her siblings include Thomas Sweet, Donna Vieira and Greg Meyers.

Donald is the son of Saundra DiMiceli and he has one brother, Thomas Kendrick.

The couple is planning a small backyard ceremony with family and friends.
